According to the order, the permit was only for a specified date and time and where normal traffic should not be disturbed.<\/div>\n<div>The organisers were to ensure that no law and order problems or any untoward incidents occur owing to the rally.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The DC has also stipulated that submission of memorandum to the Governor at Raj Bhavan be done only after obtaining necessary instructions from Raj Bhavan officials.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The DC also cautioned that if any of the candidates for the ensuing bye-election for 10 Northern Angami I A\/C took part, the expenditure incurred for it would be matched to candidate\u2019s election expenditure.<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kohima, Rajesh Soundararajan IAS, has granted permission to the Naga people\u2019s Front (NPF) central youth wing, for holding a peaceful rally on July 14, 2017 at 10am from NPF central office Kohima and to submit a memorandum at Raj Bhavan.
