{"id":300981,"date":"2022-10-06T02:25:08","date_gmt":"2022-10-05T20:55:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nagalandpost.com\/?p=300981"},"modified":"2025-04-16T12:10:03","modified_gmt":"2025-04-16T06:40:03","slug":"ensf-mass-public-walkathonfrom-october-7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2022\/10\/06\/ensf-mass-public-walkathonfrom-october-7\/","title":{"rendered":"ENSF \u2018mass public walkathon\u2019from October 7"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eastern Naga Students\u2019 Federation (ENSF), which is set to commence \u201cmass public walkathon movement\u201d across all administrative headquarters across Eastern Nagaland from October 7 as part of first phase of agitation to press for Frontier Nagaland statehood demand, has called for mass public participation.<br>In a press release, ENSF information and publicity secretary K Keyoungkhum Yimkhiung appealed to the \u201ceastern individual\u201d residing outside to extend \u201cconsistent prayer and support in any manner possible in pursuit for Statehood demand.\u201d<br>ENSF adopted resolution for \u201cpublic walkathon\u201d at Anatonger, Shamator district during its emergency federal assembly on September 20, 2022.<br>The federation has informed that businesses and offices would be restricted during programme hours, but district administration, police, para military, medical, fire &amp; emergency services have been exempted.<br>ENSF also informed that all its seven federation units (CWS, YAA, KSU, KSU (Konyak), USSC, PSC and TSU) have \u201cendorsed all the logical arrangements\u201d for the proposed agitation.
