{"id":303305,"date":"2022-10-17T01:51:36","date_gmt":"2022-10-16T20:21:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.com\/?p=303305"},"modified":"2022-10-17T01:51:39","modified_gmt":"2022-10-16T20:21:39","slug":"enrolment-drive-fortnight-from-oct-18-for-cmhis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2022\/10\/17\/enrolment-drive-fortnight-from-oct-18-for-cmhis\/","title":{"rendered":"Enrolment drive fortnight from Oct 18 for CMHIS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As registration and obtaining Ayushman card was mandatory to avail benefits under Chief Minister\u2019s Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS), the State Health (H&amp;FW) department will carry out an intensive enrolment drive fortnight from October 18 to 31 across the State to facilitate beneficiary enrolment and Ayushman card generation.<br>According to H&amp;FW secretary and CEO of State Health Agency (AB PM-JAY CMHIS) Asangla Imti, registration will be free during the drive, but registration centres thereafter will charge up to a maximum of Rs 20 from every beneficiary, take consent from the beneficiary for creating Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) and Aadhaar e-KYC collection for generation of Ayushman card for at least one beneficiary in the household to meet their operational expenses.<br>The H&amp;FW department requested all citizens to register or update their family details either by self or through various registration centres to obtain the Ayushman card for every member of the family, all free of cost during the fortnight. Details of eligibility criteria, KYC documents required for registration and list of primary health centres (PHCs)\/community health centres (CHCs) empanelled under Ayushman Bharat \u2013 Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY) CMHIS and partner BIS operators\/agencies in the State and details of empanelled card vendors at district and block levels were available at the website https:\/\/cmhis.nagaland.gov.in.<br>The department stressed that beneficiary enrolment and Ayushman Card generation were crucial to enjoy benefits under CMHIS. Collection of supporting documents for CMHIS (EP) beneficiaries for registration was already underway. Facilities for online registration and updating beneficiary data were available at https:\/\/cmhis.nagaland.gov.in.<br>Online registration and updating beneficiary data could be done either by self or through various registration centres which include all PHCs\/CHCs empanelled under AB PM-JAY CMHIS, common service centres, UTI-ITSL and partner BIS operators\/agencies in the State or kiosks set up by empanelled card vendors at the campuses of deputy commissioner (DC) offices and district hospital in all district headquarters as well as at administrative offices\/health centres of block headquarters during outreach enrolment camps.<br>Various departments at directorate and district offices have also been designated as registration centres for employees, along with interested empanelled private hospitals.<br>Registration can also be done during the outreach enrolment camps of AB PM-JAY CMHIS, eSHRAM or registration camps of various welfare schemes in various localities.<br>On verification and approval of the application for registration, the applicant will get a confirmation message over his\/her registered mobile number along with household ID assigned for his\/her family.
