{"id":310415,"date":"2022-11-17T02:49:35","date_gmt":"2022-11-16T21:19:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.com\/?p=310415"},"modified":"2022-11-17T02:49:38","modified_gmt":"2022-11-16T21:19:38","slug":"statewide-mega-nepex-today","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2022\/11\/17\/statewide-mega-nepex-today\/","title":{"rendered":"Statewide mega NEPEx today"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA), Home department, has informed that the statewide mega mock drill of Nagaland Emergency Preparedness Exercise (NEPEx) on November 17.<br>In a press note, NSDMA secretary Lhouchalie Viya said that the exercise would be conducted on an earthquake scenario with a magnitude of 8.7 on the Richter scale.<br>The exercise is being carried out to test the capability of the State in responding and also managing any mega disaster, he added.<br>In this regard, a siren bell would be triggered from the Police Headquarters (PHQ), Kohima at 9:03 a.m., further sirens will also be used by emergency vehicles participating in the drill.
