In the wake of faster growing of the world with unemployment ratio increasing as well, it is necessary to focus on enhancing and advancing the skills sets of the young minds of the country. The elders say \u201cYounger generation are the tomorrow\u2019s future\u201d yet it stays only in the words and not in action future refers only to the Government Jobs.
The traditional education system has trained students to assess themselves in terms of marks and grades. The students play a very important role in the development of the country, there is no hope for successful country if there are no educated people and policy for better education students who learn today they will work for future of the country.
However, introducing skill-based learning at an early age prepares children for the real world which is beyond test scores. Children develop clear objectives as they get an opportunity to explore different facts of life, most students even after completing their education remain clueless about the career path to choose, it is because they never got a chance to identify their true passion and talents and have focused on merely memorizing concept without actually applying them in real life. Skill development helps build a strong foundation for students at the school level, it helps them build self-esteem, confidence, and leadership skills, and they learn with a clear objective instead of focusing solely on passing an exam and scoring high marks in the short run.
It also helps them develop problem-solving skills, collaboration, and to become an independent thinker and encourage them to plan for their future. Learning new skills requires students to be willing to experiment, while doing so they might face failures and disappointment but that will eventually prepare them to accept failures gracefully and develop a never give up the frame of mind.
Students will develop a growth mind-sets as they try new things, fail, and carry on with perseverance. Being unafraid to fail is an important success in life, and children learn this important life lesson at a young age.
