The edited version of S\u00fcmi Bible was released on February 19 at Purna Bazar S\u00fcmi Baptist Church, East Dimapur.
Auxiliary Secretary, BSI Dimapur, Rev. Dr. Yiepetso Wezah released the bible and shared the words of God from Hebrews 4:12-13. He stated that the Word of God was active, powerful and full of energy. He further appealed to all believers to support the ministry of the BSI so that the unreached people\u2019s groups will be reached with the living Word of God.
The release programme was organized by S\u00fcmi Baptist Convention. The S\u00fcmi believers thanked the chief editor and editing committee members and Meyijungla Ozukum translation adviser who worked hard in bringing out the S\u00fcmi Bible edited version.
Tovishe Shohe, executive secretary, SABAK chaired the worship service. Dr. Kiyeho Sema Field Secretary, NCRC Ayinato recorded all the proceedings and Rev. Dr. Yehevi Jimo, Sr. pastor, TVBC pronounced the opening prayers.
Dr. Hokishe Yeptho, editing committee member delivered greetings and thanked editing members for their commitment and cooperation.
Rev. Dr. Khehovi Shohe, convener of editing committee, the Director of S\u00fcmi Baptist Convention spoke on the challenges in editing process.
