{"id":33012,"date":"2017-05-18T00:36:00","date_gmt":"2017-05-18T00:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2017\/05\/18\/ralan-area-lotha-hoho-appeals-for-inspection-of-ongoing-works\/"},"modified":"2017-05-18T00:36:00","modified_gmt":"2017-05-18T00:36:00","slug":"ralan-area-lotha-hoho-appeals-for-inspection-of-ongoing-works","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2017\/05\/18\/ralan-area-lotha-hoho-appeals-for-inspection-of-ongoing-works\/","title":{"rendered":"Ralan Area Lotha Hoho appeals for inspection of ongoing works"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/><\/p>\n<div>The Ralan Area Lotha Hoho (RALH) has urged the Nagaland Foothill Road Construction Committee (NFRCC) and the concerned department to visit the ongoing construction of Doyang RCC Bridge at Governor\u2019s Camp, Liphanyan, to assess whether the work done commensurate the amount sanctioned and also the pace at which the work was being done.<\/div>\n<div>In a press note by RALH chairman, Hayithung kikon and general secretary, C.S.Ovung, urged the concerned authorities to ascertain whether or not the completion of just three pillars in a period of three and half years was justified and whether the work commensurate the amount sanctioned thus far.<\/div>\n<div>The Hoho claimed that even after expiry of completion deadline, the Doyang RCC Bridge at Governor\u2019s Camp was yet to reach the halfway mark, adding: \u201cnot a slightest progress of work is visible in the year 2017.\u201d<\/div>\n<div>RALH maintained that at the present pace, it may take a decade or more to complete the bridge.<\/div>\n<div>It therefore urged the contractor to deploy more machinery and employ more skilled labours during the \u2018workable\u2019 season.
