Beshangmongba Chang graced the 60th Chang Wedoshi Setshang (CWS) general conference as the chief guest at Town Hall, Tuensang, Tuesday.<br>According to a DIPR report, speaking on the occasion, the minister appreciated CWS for their valuable contribution to the Chang community in education sector.<br>He mentioned setting up of \u201cDolen weasen\u201d by Chang Wedoshi Setshang as financial aid for the poor students and organising Loyem Memorial Trophy, to encourage the youth of district in field of sports.<br>Chang also urged the gathering to do away with all kinds of \u201cisms\u201d and it would disunite a society.<br>The programme was chaired by Chang Wedoshi Setshang general secretary, Ebou Naset; welcome note was delivered by Chang Wedoshi Setshang president, C.
