\nThe scholarship scheme can be availed on more than 200 programmes offered by the University, ranging from Diploma Programmes to the Post- graduate ones. Unlike other institutions, LPU is offering India\u2019s largest private scholarship scheme by providing scholarship for all semesters instead of only first semester or one year.
\nScholarship qualifier students remain on LPU scholarship scheme throughout the duration of their respective study-programme.
\nIn this regard, meritorious students in diverse fields from across Nagaland have been invited to be part of this league of extraordinary achievers 2017. In last couple of years, LPU has also recognized the best students who have performed well at state\/national or international sports activities.
\nAccording to LPU chancellor Ashok Mittal, \u201cthe University strongly strives to provide higher education to all meritorious students. Last year, LPU scholarship was up to Rs 1 lakh per year per student, which has now been increased to 1.5 lakh per student. Then, more than 1600 students with 90% and more marks from all across India were benefitted through this scholarship scheme\u201d.
