The youngest published author from Nagaland, Sochumlo Suki Ezung on Monday said, \u201cI feel that many times, we look for inspiration in what is beautiful and expensive that we overlook the ugly, ordinary and simple things. There is beauty in the simple, ordinary things and these are what inspire me to write.\u201d<\/div>\n
She was delivering a speech at G. Rio Higher Secondary School Kohima on May 15 at the School Felicitation Programme held in her honour for her debut children\u2019s book, \u201cSuki\u2019s Magic Box\u201d that was released on May 10. Stating that she was also inspired by people \u2013 \u201cmy family, teachers and friends\u2026the love, joy and goodness in all these\u201d, she added, \u201cI also take this opportunity to encourage all of us to read books, many books because it opens our mind to learn so many things and grow as well.\u201d She further thanked the Managing Director, Director, Principal, Teachers and students of G. Rio for the honour given to her. \u201cGod has been so good to me and I am grateful to Him for all the blessings\u201d, she expressed.<\/div>\n

Suki\u2019s English Teacher said she has the privilege of teaching her while stating that she saw her uniqueness and that, she also expresses her thoughts very well. \u201cShe has really discovered her talent\u201d, she said. <\/div>\n
