Stating that the scholars were \u201csolely dependent\u201d on the supervisor, the forum questioned the policy and \u201cactual intention\u201d behind the transfer. It also questioned whether the authority took into consideration about the scholars and their future endeavours.<br>Asserting that the supervisor was the only expert in the field of Freshwater Ecology and Fish Biology in the institute, the forum expressed apprehension that his absence would create a major hindrance in their research activities.
