{"id":34899,"date":"2017-05-12T00:35:09","date_gmt":"2017-05-12T00:35:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2017\/05\/12\/jsun-flays-mode-of-appointment-at-ghss-jalukie\/"},"modified":"2017-05-12T00:35:09","modified_gmt":"2017-05-12T00:35:09","slug":"jsun-flays-mode-of-appointment-at-ghss-jalukie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2017\/05\/12\/jsun-flays-mode-of-appointment-at-ghss-jalukie\/","title":{"rendered":"JSUN flays mode of  appointment at GHSS Jalukie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/><\/p>\n<div>Jalukie Students\u2019 Union Nagaland (JSUN) on Thursday condemned the alleged \u201chigh handiness\u201d on the part of the Education department with regard to appointment of Grade-IV staff at GHSS Jalukie.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The students\u2019 body alleged that the department had deprived the rights of the land owners and recommended a candidate leaving aside aspiring candidates.<\/div>\n<div>JSUN president Haizin Mpom and general secretary Pehiato Hingleu in a statement stated that the vacancy fell vacant after one Hungambo took voluntarily retirement on June 30, 2016.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>In this regard, JSUN said the land owners (Jalukie Village) duly recommended the candidature of one Widunsu for the post as per agreed terms and conditions between the State government and Old Jalukie Village Council at the time of establishment of Jalukie township. They said two other candidates had also applied for the same post.<\/div>\n<div>However, it claimed the department had deprived the rights of the landowners and appointed Kigum, who was not an applicant for the said post. JSUN\u2019s stand was that Kigum\u2019s appointment was based on purported document submitted by him, claiming that \u201cJalukie town was a compensated land which was easily diluted without any authentication or confirmation from the competent authority\u201d. In the light of the above, JSUN has demanded the department to immediately restore the land owner\u2019s right.
