Principal CHSS, S. Moatemsu Walling during the programme conveyed the felicitation message from NBCC general secretary and the school managing board to the successful candidates.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>General secretary encouraged the toppers to continue doing their excellent work as the impression left behind by them would be remembered. He also advised them not to forget their humble backgrounds. He also thanked the parents and teachers for working together and for their effort and contribution.<\/div>\n<div>The toppers and the parents also expressed their gratefulness and encouraged the juniors to strive for greater glory. The programme was chaired by Patricia Zhimomi, vice-principal of CHSS and God\u2019s blessing was invoked by Vezachil\u00fc Sakhrie, chaplain CHSS.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>HCHSS: Holy Cross Higher Secondary School (HCHSS), Dimapur management felicitated the toppers of HSLC and HSSLC 2017 besides a subject topper in a brief programme, graced by deputy commissioner of Police, Zone-II Dimapur, Dr Ilayas at the chief guest. Dr Ilayas congratulated the students for their excellent performance in the examinations and also lauded the teachers and school management for their success. On the occasion, Holy Cross Alumni (Crossians) also felicitated the toppers.<\/div>\n<div>SSP: Meritorious cadets of Sainik School Punglwa (SSP) were felicitated with gold, silver and bronze torches by group captain Sanjay Gaekwad, principal Sainik School Punglwa on May 8. Cadets were judged based on their overall performance in academics for the academic session 2016-17.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Cdt. Rajat Rathi, Adm No 1058; Cdt. Vindhya Sindhu Adm No. 912; &nbsp;Cdt. Rishu Raj, Adm No 854; Cdt. Ajit Kumar, &nbsp;Adm No. 726 and Cdt. Mari Riba, Adm No 764 were awarded gold torch in classes 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11 respectively.
