Atovi Awomi and general secretary, Zubemo Ngullie, claimed that \u201cmany fresh appointment are going on from higher ups in 67% quota\u201d meant for senior most W-C employees, lamenting that several genuine W\/C employees await regularization under the scheme 67% quota reservation against normal vacancies.<\/div>\n<div>The association demanded that all vacancies be utilised for seniority wise\/division wise regularisation of W\/C employees \u201cas per the Decision of the Government Vide order memorandum No. AR-3\/Gen-201\/2009 dated Kohima 17th March 2015\u201d.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Further, ANPWDFWA cautioned it was their final appeal as enough appeals have already been made on the matter, adding it would be compelled to go for justice as per the court order.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The All Nagaland PWD Field Workers Association (ANPWDFWA) has called for a stop to new appointments and demanded utilisation of vacancies for regularization of work-charged (W-C) employees under the 67% quota meant for W-C employees.
