Bendang, CABA as the resource person.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The training on \u201cTeaching Methods on Child Psychology\u201d was based on the various methods namely Kumon Method, Montessori Method, Chunking Method and Graded Method.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>In the training, Bendang stressed on the general understanding of a child\u2019s psychology under various age categories and the use of innovative and holistic approach to foster progressive learning and all-round development of a child.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The participants were also trained on certain vocational skills using the art of paper to enhance their classroom teaching performance. &nbsp;A total of 30 educational volunteers from 15 IEMC Centres along with project staff and interns from NEISSR attended the capacity building training.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One-day capacity building training was conducted for Educational Volunteers of Informal Education for Marginalized Children(IEMC) Centres, a project supported by Wipro Cares at Community Education Centre School Dimapur on May 5 with W.
