They claimed that transformer broke down on April 9, due to the negligence of the department. <br \/>\nNVCO Tseminyu unit also claimed that the department has not initiated any action against JE posted at Tseminyu, despite abstaining from duties for more than eight months. <br \/>\nIt stated that in the absence of controlling officer, the day to day maintenance works have not be carried out that led for which the transformer broke down. <br \/>\nTherefore, the unit questioned the department why it failed to install the 1MVA power transformer sanction against the Sub-division?
