MTYO said that the work was haphazardly done and the sanctioned amount was high when compared to the \u201cunsatisfactory\u201d work executed. In this regard, MTYO president Asazo Kuotsu, general secretary Mhasilevi Kuotsu, vice presidents Pelhubikho Yalie and Ato Krose, and assistant general secretary Thejangukho Yalietsu stated that they have lodged a complaint with the Legal Aid Clinic, Medziphema in October 2016 and received RTI copy of the said work order. &nbsp;MTYO said that the renovation was done only in visible patches\/potholes and even the repaired potholes not up to the specifications.
