{"id":35510,"date":"2017-04-12T00:41:16","date_gmt":"2017-04-12T00:41:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2017\/04\/12\/clarification-sought-from-hfw-com-secy\/"},"modified":"2017-04-12T00:41:16","modified_gmt":"2017-04-12T00:41:16","slug":"clarification-sought-from-hfw-com-secy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2017\/04\/12\/clarification-sought-from-hfw-com-secy\/","title":{"rendered":"Clarification sought from H&#038;FW com &#038; secy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/><\/p>\n<div>Phom Students\u2019 Conference (PSC) Tuesday has served 24-hour deadline on commissioner and secretary Health and Family Welfare (H&amp;FW) seeking clarification in written on the \u201cshameless\u201d comment made by him towards PSC. &nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>According to PSC president Hongkam Phom and general secretary Longchem Phom, the countdown begins from 00:00 hours of April 12.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>PSC claimed that the officer made the comment, when they approached him at his office chamber on April 10, a day after the expiry of the 15-deadline (final memorandum) served on the commissioner and secretary H&amp;FW on March 24. The student body stated that on the expiry of the deadline, they approached the commissioner and secretary with a \u201csound intention and in order to avoid any confrontation with the government\u201d. However, the response and behavior of the commissioner and secretary were \u201cpathetic and unbecoming\u201d. They also condemned the \u201cvicious comment from the highly respectable officer in the rank of Commissioner and Secretary instead of solving the matter in a reciprocal\/mutual understanding\u201d. &nbsp;Therefore, PSC cautioned that it would initiate strict action in the event of failure to respond at the given time.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Serves 7-day ultimatum to H&amp;FW&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>PSC has further served seven-day \u201cOpen Ultimatum\u201d starting April 12, on the government and H&amp; FW department to fulfill its 7-point demands mentioned in the March 24 final representation.
