\nIn a press release, NRMSATA executive member, Vizayienuo Zashiimo, cautioned that failure to comply with the ultimatum would invite the association to take its own course of action and department will be solely held responsible for the consequences.
\nNRMSATA lamented that RMSA teachers even after a long patient wait and giving simultaneous reminders of their grievances have seen no positive response and outcome. The association stated that it was unacceptable as they were often been \u201cdragged into the pool of pitiable conditions\u201d and live without salary for over five months. It said the RMSA teachers were hoping that the department was addressing their grievances, but \u201conly to realize of beating the dust at the end of the day when we are bogged down on this same old issue.\u201d Further, NRMSATA 2016 said it was appalled by the \u201cstep motherly attitude\u201d of the state government in its approach to their problem. It said false hopes and misleading assurances have been the practice since their appointment, adding that when they do get paid, the new normal being to keep pending some of the months salaries.
\nThe association affirmed that while agitation was not encouraged it should also mean that efforts were made by the administrative bodies to keep the system healthy. However, it said that having run short of all the expectations and hopes after being stretched to hazardous levels without any remuneration, the association has been compelled to issue ultimatum.<\/p>\n
