{"id":35658,"date":"2017-04-06T23:32:00","date_gmt":"2017-04-06T23:32:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2017\/04\/06\/sztdu-repairs-section-of-nh-29\/"},"modified":"2017-04-06T23:32:00","modified_gmt":"2017-04-06T23:32:00","slug":"sztdu-repairs-section-of-nh-29","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2017\/04\/06\/sztdu-repairs-section-of-nh-29\/","title":{"rendered":"SZTDU repairs section of NH-29"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/BSBNXGLFPDEURGVOUDQY.jpg><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Sech\u00fc Zubza Taxi Drivers\u2019 Union (SZTDU) carried out a social work along the stretch of National Highway 29 on Thursday.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>The volunteers filled up the potholes for a stretch of nearly 4 kms from Classic Club Waiting Shed till Sech\u00fc Zubza jurisdiction, bordering Kiruphema Village.<\/div>\n<div>The continuous downpour during the past couple of weeks has worsened the condition of the road, and only added to the woes and misery of travellers.<\/div>\n<div>SZTDU president, Zhangusatuo Rhatsu, said the members decided to repair the road as it was worsening and the commuters were finding it difficult to ply the road.<\/div>\n<div>Rhatsu said that since the National Highway passes through the village, the union felt that they should be the first amongst the Nagas to take care of the road.<\/div>\n<div>He also opined that public should also start contributing for the development instead of expecting government to initiate everything that concerns the public.<\/div>\n<div>The social work was the first of its kind organized by SZTDU, where 25 members, out of 38 took part in the social work, informed SZTDU secretary Zakiemelie Khwakhrie.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sech\u00fc Zubza Taxi Drivers\u2019 Union (SZTDU) carried out a social work along the stretch of National Highway 29 on Thursday.
