{"id":3617,"date":"2018-07-30T00:09:50","date_gmt":"2018-07-30T00:09:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2018\/07\/30\/nnpgs-wc-condemn-assam-rifles-raid\/"},"modified":"2018-07-30T00:09:50","modified_gmt":"2018-07-30T00:09:50","slug":"nnpgs-wc-condemn-assam-rifles-raid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2018\/07\/30\/nnpgs-wc-condemn-assam-rifles-raid\/","title":{"rendered":"NNPGs WC condemn Assam Rifles raid"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/no_images_650x.jpg><\/p>\n<p >&nbsp;The Working Committee of Naga National Political Groups (WC, NNPGs) has condemned reports of the raid at the residence of &lsquo;gen.&rsquo; TM Rhakho, commander-in-chief of Naga Army, FGN\/NNC at Hebron 1, Phek town by personnel of 22 Assam Rifles (AR) on July 26.<\/p>\n<div>In a statement issued by its media cell, WC, NNPGs asked that when there was a dialogue on to resolve the Indo-Naga political issue, where the need was to raid the residence of a top military commander.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div >There was no provocation whatsoever and such raids raise a lot questions that AR must answer, the statement demanded.<\/div>\n<div >According to WC, NNPGs, there appeared to be a big gap between the Indian Army commanders and government agencies, for, the political negotiations were being held with the full knowledge of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Union home ministry, and all information were processed down to military commanders, including the de facto ceasefire with WC of six NNPGs.<\/div>\n<div >WC said the co-ordination between AR officers and men on the ground also appeared to be nonexistent and that this was a serious problem.
