Kirithong Sangtam appreciated SBI Kiphire staff for \u201cshouldering the burden of the public\u201d. He however said that the staff should be more familiar with the customers as many of the customers were ignorant. Sangtam also highlighted some of the grievances faced by the public and appealed for more staff at SBI Kiphire.
