{"id":38195,"date":"2017-02-28T23:35:57","date_gmt":"2017-02-28T23:35:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2017\/02\/28\/kut-declares-non-cooperation-with-ktc\/"},"modified":"2017-02-28T23:35:57","modified_gmt":"2017-02-28T23:35:57","slug":"kut-declares-non-cooperation-with-ktc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2017\/02\/28\/kut-declares-non-cooperation-with-ktc\/","title":{"rendered":"KUT declares non- cooperation with KTC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/><\/p>\n<div>Khiamniungan Union Tuensang (KUT) has declared \u201cnon-cooperation\u201d with Khiamniungan Tribal Council (KTC), on the \u201cflexible decisions\u201d adopted by latter on the \u201ccontroversial\u201d ULB election.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>KUT took the decision on February 25 and also adopted following terms and conditions: that all bonafide citizens\/members of KUT would cease to involve in KTC activities with immediate effect and all designated officials of KTC from amongst KUT would cease to involve\/resign from KTC.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>KUT also warned of strong action against any of its member involved in KTC activities and during non-co-operation period, it asked government office, departments and other NGOs to contact KUT office on any matters\/issues concerning the member of KUT\/Khiamniungans residing in Tuensang town.<\/div>\n<div>Earlier, according to KUT president M. Neolo, executive chairman N.L. Tangsoi, general secretary S.Mudang Shiu and executive secretary Amos Nyukshing, the union being the bonafide unit and member of KTC has been rendering its outmost support and services for the welfare and interest of the community for years. However, they asserted that the decision of KTC on ULB election was contrary and therefore, demanded dissolution of the present KTC team within February 15, 2017.
