Thono and Liike Kibami won the gold and silver medals respectively in Tanding category in Pencak Silat at the ongoing 37th National Games being held in Goa.<br>In a post on X, Nagaland chief minister Neiphiu Rio congratulated Kitenlo for the historic achievement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCongratulations to Mr. Kitenlo K. Thono for winning the individual Gold Medal in the 90-95 Kg Tanding Fight Category in Pencak Silat at the National Games in Goa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>This is a historic achievement and he has made entire Nagaland proud and joyous,\u201d Rio said in his post on X. In another post, Rio said: \u201cSecond Medal for Nagaland. Congratulations to Nagaland\u2019s Ms. Liike Kibami for winning her second medal at the National Games in Goa. She wins Silver Medal in Tanding category in Pencak Silat.\u201d It may be mentioned that Nagaland won its first medal at the 37th National Games on Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The Nagaland women\u2019s Pencak Silat team won the bronze medal in the women\u2019s Regu category.
