This was in addition to the earlier order (Section 144A) put in place in Dimapur restricting individuals moving about with any kind of arms\/lethal weapons.<\/div>\n<div>In an order, CP Liremo Lotha said the \u201csituation has risen which justifies and calls for immediate action to be taken to prevent breach of peace\u201d.
