The closing ceremony of the East Zone Inter University Badminton (Women) took place on November 24 at Nagaland University Headquarters in Lumami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dr. Harish K Tiwari, deputy director of sports, announced the selection of four universities \u2013 Veer Bahadur Purvanchal University, Adamas University, Rajiv Gandhi University, and BBAU \u2013 to compete in the upcoming Inter Zonal Badminton (Women) Competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event recognized outstanding talent, with Sunepbenla from Nagaland University\u2019s team awarded the title of Most Promising Player. Amolika Singh from V.B.S. Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, U.P. secured the Best Player of the Tournament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The occasion was graced by Prof. Jagadish Kumar Patnaik, Vice Chancellor, as the chief guest, alongside Registrar Dr. Abemo, FO N. Albert Khizho, coaches and managers from various participating teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event drew an enthusiastic audience, including faculties, officials, students, and research scholars who celebrated the spirit of sportsmanship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
