Firstly, physical dimension which involved caring effectively for our physical body, eating the right kinds of food, getting sufficient rest and relaxation, and exercising on a regular basis as one needed endurance, flexibility and strength in life to excel, Wepe stated.<\/div>\n<div>Secondly, he said a spiritual dimension was the core commitment to our value system adding that though spiritual renewal takes time, investment would deeply empower one\u2019s life to the value of harmony. &nbsp;He said mental development and study discipline comes through formal education.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Wepe also said continuous reading and writing vitally renews and expands the mind and that it was extremely valuable to train the mind and read broadly and to expose one to great minds.
