Acharya on Monday broke his silence over the appointment of parliamentary secretaries and advisors, saying \u201cit was high time for the state government to abide by the rules and orders of the Supreme Court.\u201d<\/span><\/div>\n<div>Responding to questions put up by media persons, Acharya said he had consulted the Advocate General on the issue. Since the government had appointed them (parliamentary secretaries and advisors) and the matter was placed before the Gauhati High Court, Acharya said the court would decide on the matter.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The governor also clarified that he was not the authority to act on the matter.<\/div>\n<div>Meanwhile, a senior advocate informed this Correspondent that the GHC, Kohima bench had referred the matter to the chief justice of the Gauhati High Court to be taken up by a constitutional bench.<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nagaland Governor, P.B.
