Based on the proposal received in Finance department, the amount was released during July 2016. A similar amount was received in March 2017 as second instalment for the same works, and the same was released to the department during May 2017, it said.<\/div>\n<div>Therefore, the department clarified that there was \u201cno such double drawal as alleged\u201d. &nbsp;The amounts released were based on actual receipts from the Government of India.
