The event commenced with a ceremonial flag-off by Addl. Deputy Commissioner, Bhandari Longdiba L. Sangtam at Bhandari and EAC Aitepyong, P. Pukha Lam flagged off the farmers\u2019 group from Lotsu Village. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The focus was on providing practical skills and knowledge to the agricultural community, coupled with follow-up support under credit and marketing schemes of the government. The farmers were set to undergo hands-on training in the eco-friendly areca nut leaf plate-making process at Dimapur.
