In a post on X, Rio prayed that the spirit of the festival, which is unity, forgiveness, peace and friendship, prevail among all sections of people. \u201cI extend my best wishes for a happy Tsungkamneo and a blessed year ahead,\u201d the chief minister wrote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>In a message, Patton said Tsungkamneo celebration was marked by friendship and reconciliation, while giving thanks for the good harvest and increase in livestock.
