Pop icon Britney Spears considers food to be her \u201cweakness\u201d. The 43-year-old singer-songwriter has spoken about her passion for food in a new Instagram post. Britney wrote: \u201cFood is my weakness. I will admit it (sic)\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The blonde beauty also reflected on her food history, admitting that she\u2019s always been a \u201cpassionate eater\u201d, reports Female First UK.
Britney shared, \u201cWhen I was younger and would go to restaurants with my mom, she would either say \u2018sit still\u2019 or \u2018you are eating way too fast, please slow down.\u2019 I do remember at lunch though everybody\u2019s meal was still there when mine was gone in 2 seconds (sic).\u201d
Despite this, Britney\u2019s weight doesn\u2019t tend to fluctuate much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She explained: \u201cI\u2019m usually 135 on scale\u2026 that\u2019s my normal weight. Well that\u2019s good for me. I want to be 125 – 128 but I\u2019m probably gonna do 140 now that this damn BLAZE coffee place has opened !!! DAMN (sic).\u201d
As per Female First UK, Britney split from Sam Asghari last year, and she acknowledged that the personal trainer knew the secrets to healthy living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The award-winning singer, who married Sam in 2022, said: \u201cMy ex husband was a trainer so he knew a lot of different ways and easy tricks to stay healthy. With food I think it\u2019s weird though !!! Timing is important I think (sic).\u201d
Britney and Sam split last year, and the singer subsequently took to social media to admit that she was \u201ca little shocked\u201d about their break-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Britney wrote on Instagram: \u201cAs everyone knows, Hesam and I are no longer together, six years is a long time to be with someone so, I\u2019m a little shocked but \u2026 I\u2019m not here to explain why because it\u2019s honestly nobody\u2019s business.
