Actor Sanjay Dutt, who was released from the Yerwada Central Jail in Pune last year, says he missed every moment of being with the people from the film industry, whom he fondly calls his family.<\/div>\n
Asked how has he evolved over the years, Sanjay, who made his debut in Bollywood in 1981 with the film \u2018Rocky\u2019, said here, \u201cMy experience with the industry has been fantastic…it has been 40 years…when I was in jail, I missed the moment of being with my family. This is my family – the industry.\u201d<\/div>\n
The 57-year-old was arrested for illegal possession of arms in a case related to the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts, in which over 250 people were killed and several hundred were wounded. Sanjay is making a comeback to the silver screen with Omung Kumar\u2019s directorial \u2018Bhoomi\u2019, which revolves around a father-daughter relationship.<\/div>\n
Talking about his comeback, the actor, who has three children, said, \u201cWhen I reached the \u2018Bhoomi\u2019 sets, I was back with a bang.\u201d<\/div>\n

Calling the violence that happened on the sets of his upcoming film \u201cBhoomi\u201d a \u201cshame\u201d and apologising for it, actor Sanjay Dutt says he would have tackled it with love and his \u2018jaadu ki jhappi\u2019.<\/div>\n
\u201cI was not there on the sets when the incident took place. My pack-up was done long time back. Had I been there, the incident wouldn\u2019t have taken place…through our films, a city also gets promoted and if such a mishap happens, then it\u2019s a shame for everybody,\u201d Sanjay, who said he is also a Uttar Pradesh and Bihar person, told reporters here on Friday.<\/div>\n
\u201cHad I been there, I would have sorted the issue with love and my \u2018jaadu ki jhappi\u2019 (magical hug). I also apologised in front of media yesterday (Thursday),\u201d said the \u201cMunna Bhai M.B.B.S.\u201d star.<\/div>\n
On Thursday evening, the shooting near the Kalakriti Cultural & Convention Centre on Shilpgram Road, some 500 metres away from Taj Mahal, was called off after the incident. <\/div>\n
A TV journalist told IANS that the bouncers not only physically targeted some of them, but even snatched away his expensive camera.<\/div>\n
Police officials at the Taj Ganj police station told IANS that a written complaint from the victim — the TV journalist — has been received and the matter was being investigated.<\/div>\n
The TV journalist on Friday said the police showed no interest and no effort was being made to get back his equipment. Local journalists have demanded action against the unit of the film, helmed by the \u201cMary Kom\u201d fame director Omung Kumar.<\/div>\n
Though the bouncers have apologised and called for truce, tempers continue to run high.<\/div>\n
Shooting for the film has been going on for the past 10 days in different parts of the city. <\/div>\n
A wedding scene was also shot on Thursday and a big crowd collected for the marriage in a haveli in Bamrauli Katara.<\/div>\n
As of now, Sanjay, who was released from the Yerwada Central Jail in Pune last year, is pumped up about returning to films.<\/div>\n
