Kamzei and general secretary, Y. Tingyeih the decision to go for protest rally was unanimously resolved at the meeting held on December 26.&nbsp; The association said that they have been compelled to adopt the \u201cdemocratic weapon\u201d as a result of government\u2019s failure to respond on the repeated pleas of the land owners. <br \/>\nBesides restriction on vehicular movement, shops and business establishment will remain close during the rally.
