Programme in Sanis and Bhandair ICDS projects were conducted on the second day.<\/div>\n<div>During the course of the programme, joint director of Social Welfare, Tulula Pongen spoke on how community participation was much needed for successful implementation of different programmes and schemes of the department. She urged the community to actively participate. State programme officer, Yanrenthung Lotha also briefed the community on departmental schemes.
