The MIP\/GPRN said the areas were \u201cnationalized\u201d in keeping with the people\u2019s interest to preserve any property that reflected the rich cultural heritage of the Naga people. Prohibiting encroachment of any manner, either for residential or commercial purposes in these areas, the NSCN (I-M) warned that any person found violating the ordinance would be doing so at his\/her own risk for which the government would not bear any responsibility.
