Police said unidentified gunmen shot one \u2018Capt\u2019 David Tangkhul of the NSCN (I-M) in his residence near Razhu Point at around 7 p.m. The activist succumbed to injury in a private hospital. In another incident, one \u201cCapt\u201d Ashun Tangkhul, also from the NSCN (I-M), was abducted from a bus along by-pass route Jotsoma between 5:30 and 6 p.m, while he was on his way to Dimapur.
