Unidentified armed gunmen abducted a passenger of a Mon-bound night super bus at Tizit bus stop, Tuesday at around 2 a.m and later shot him dead near a river, about 1 km away from Tizit town. Sources said the deceased later identified as one Tahao Konyak (35), son of Late Mantai Konyak of Mon village, had reportedly defected from the NSCN (I-M) to \u2018NSCN\/GPRN\u2019 recently.
