{"id":429010,"date":"2024-06-19T01:39:53","date_gmt":"2024-06-18T20:09:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.com\/?p=429010"},"modified":"2024-06-19T01:39:55","modified_gmt":"2024-06-18T20:09:55","slug":"will-continue-to-root-out-imposters-gprn-nscn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2024\/06\/19\/will-continue-to-root-out-imposters-gprn-nscn\/","title":{"rendered":"Will continue to root out imposters: GPRN\/NSCN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Following the change of leadership on April 21, 2024, the GPRN\/NSCN claimed that it had, as a mature government, handled the situations responsibly despite several provocations so as not to upset the peace and tranquility in Naga homeland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>However, when the GPRN\/NSCN opened an investigation through UT chairman Hekiye Zhimomi and summoned those involved in tax collection under the guise of Unification, the group in a press release said one Tovishe Shohe came to the residence of the UT chairman on June 14 and served an order purportedly from unification government, warning Zhimomi and asking him to specify the reason for his action within two days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Completely rejecting the directive served to the UT chairman, GPRN\/NSCN clarified that it would continue to root out imposters and warned of severe consequences to those collecting tax in the name of Unification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Being the people\u2019s government, GPRN\/NSCN pointed out that it had remained silent thus far in compliance with the Western Sumi Hoho (WSH) resolution, which was widely published in print and electronic media on June 6, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Nonetheless, the group observed that the impeached and expelled imposters had taken advantage of its silence, but cautioned that there was a limit to how much it could tolerate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Following the change of leadership on April 21, 2024, the GPRN\/NSCN claimed that it had, as a mature government, handled the situations responsibly despite several provocations so as not to upset the peace and tranquility in Naga homeland.
