DCC through its Interim President Kashito has also urged the public to participate in the rally.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, Nagaland Medicine Dealers Association (NMDA) has strongly condemned the \u201cbrutal killing\u201d of Atovi Yepthomi. NMDA also conveyed support to the protest rally organized by the Thahekhu village on February 2 in Dimapur.<br \/>\nNMDA requested all its members to shut down their shops till 1 p.m during the rally and also to participate in the rally.<br \/>\nIt may be mentioned that one businessman H. Atovi Yepthomi  (40), son of  late Hovixe Yepthomi  of Thahekhu village was shot dead by unidentified gunmen near Durga Mandir, New Market at around 7:15  pm, Sunday last.<br \/>\nSources said the deceased was a dry fish dealer was in the market supervising the arrival of consignment when the assailants fired three rounds and died on the spot after he was hit on the head, arm and leg.
