According to Chief Judicial Magistrate\/ secretary DLSA Peren, Wonchibeni V Patton, the compensation was handed over to the victim\u2019s sister. Panel lawyer for PDLSA, Kewithinwang represented the victim applied for interim compensation under section 357A of the Code of Criminal Procedure which was duly considered by the secretary PDLSA.
