The 2nd NECDC Senior Men\u2019s Interstate Friendship tournament 2024 began on Monday, with two high-energy matches at the Nagaland Cricket Stadium and Sovima Cricket Ground. In the first match of the tournament, Nagaland secured a commanding win against Sikkim by 6 wickets. The highlight of the game was Khrievitso Kense who took an impressive 5-wicket haul in just 19 runs, earning him the Player of the Match title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The award for Player of the Match was presented by Ansuman Samantaray, Senior Vice President & North East Circle Head of Axis Bank, to Khrievitso Kense for his outstanding bowling performance that led to Nagaland\u2019s victory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the second match, Manipur demonstrated complete dominance over Meghalaya, winning by an emphatic 189 runs. Raj Kumar Rex Singh was the standout player, taking a remarkable 5 wickets in just 11 runs, earning him the Player of the Match award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
