The actress said during the premiere, \u201cI mean, Paul Schrader! I\u2019m a really big fan of Paul Schrader. So to get to contribute, to lend myself to his piece, and get to see him working was a real, real privilege\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>As per \u2018People\u2019, she recalled being \u201cnervous\u201d about working with Shrader at first until hearing about his musical interests. \u201cI was very nervous to meet him, you know, this macho filmmaker (who) made these legendary films\u201d, she said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAnd as I was on my way to the meeting, a person driving me was Googling and she\u2019s like, \u2018Oh my God, he\u2019s a huge Taylor Swift fan\u2019. I was like, \u2018What?\u2019 And then I read Paul\u2019s quote or tweet about defending Taylor and I was like, \u2018Oh, I\u2019m fine\u2019\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The \u2018Kill Bill\u2019 star Thurman described Shrader as \u201ca big softie\u201d and said he had a great working relationship with the entire cast. \u201cI think the cast and crew were all there for Paul and learned so much, just watching him as a master. So centred and I would say a big softie\u201d, she explained, adding that it was inspiring to watch him in action. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe movie was shot in a very precise, quick way\u201d, the \u2018Pulp Fiction\u2019 star continued. \u201cThere was not a lot of time.
