Police Baptist Church Chumoukedima, Youth Department, celebrated its golden jubilee under the theme \u201cGlorious Liberty\u201d, honoring five decades of love, faith, fellowship, and community service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The milestone event congregated church leaders, past and present members, and the wider community to reflect on the department\u2019s bequest of continued commitment to spiritual evolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking at the celebration, Imnalensa, DIG (Trg.) Camp Comdt., underscored the importance of identifying one\u2019s purpose. Reflecting on the pioneers and the vision that guided the church\u2019s establishment, he urged the church\u2019s youth leaders to understand the purpose of Christian life and surrender to the Lord\u2019s will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the jubilee celebration, messenger Tsenbemo Ngullie, Y\/Secy. NPBCA, said that \u201cLove is the face of Christian liberty,\u201d emphasizing that it was love that strengthens peaceful coexistence. Highlighting the essential role of youth, he encouraged the young people to carry out their responsibilities with honesty and efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Highlights of the celebration included, performances by the church youth choir, special tributes to former pastors, youth leaders and mentors, who laid the foundation of the church through a performance by the church youth members; and a special time of prayer to remember the departed souls.
