{"id":456265,"date":"2024-11-14T00:48:36","date_gmt":"2024-11-13T19:18:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.com\/?p=456265"},"modified":"2024-11-14T14:02:41","modified_gmt":"2024-11-14T08:32:41","slug":"nagaland-panchayat-bhavan-building-inaugurated-at-phusachodu-village","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2024\/11\/14\/nagaland-panchayat-bhavan-building-inaugurated-at-phusachodu-village\/","title":{"rendered":"Panchayat Bhavan building inaugurated at Phusachodu village"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advisor of CAWD and Taxes, Kudecho Khamo on Wednesday inaugurated a new Panchayat Bhavan building at Phusachodu village, Phek district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>In his inaugural address, Khamo lauded Phusachodu Village Council (PVC) and Village Development Board (VDB) for judicious use of government funds for development in terms of road connectivity and other developmental initiatives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He encouraged the community to continue leveraging government schemes aimed at livelihood and empowerment. He emphasized that sustained development efforts would also attract further investment and cooperation from the government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Khamo also highlighted chief minister Neiphiu Rio\u2019s commitment to promote sports, tourism in Nagaland, education and over all round development of the state, exuding hope that it would align with the global standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>He urged the villagers to embrace the people-centric government initiatives mentioning that government of the day has been working towards recognition and inclusive development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>As the festive season approaches, Khamo encouraged the community to take time for introspection, planning for personal and family growth, and emphasized reliance on faith and spirituality during the holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>President of Chakhesang Public Organization (CPO), Vezuhu Keyho, praised Phusachodu as a model village, attributing its achievements to a spirit of unity and transparency. He urged the village to continue being a positive example for surrounding communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Shunyhunle Nyenthong, joint director of the Rural Development Department, also commended the village for its achievements and effective management of resources, describing the new Panchayat Bhavan as a unique addition to the department\u2019s rural infrastructure projects. He highlighted Phusachodu\u2019s commitment to transparency and cooperation as a model for future development efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Vethikhoyi Khamo, VDB secretary of Phusachodu, shared the vision behind the new Panchayat Bhavan, mentioning that the building will serve as a guest house to promote hospitality for visitors, researchers, and dignitaries boosting the village infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>He said that the facility included a \u201chuman library hall,\u201d designed to facilitate knowledge-sharing and preserve local narratives for researchers.
