To ensure smooth traffic management and convenience, the following arrangements have been made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>General parking for festival-goers will be available at Kigwema Local Ground, located 1.5 kilometers from the main Hornbill venue towards Manipur, with a parking charges of Rs. 50 per vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>KYO informed that parking on the National Highway between the Kisama entrance gate and Kigwema Local Ground has been strictly prohibited and violators will be fined Rs.500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>KYO further informed that complimentary bus services will operate between Kigwema Local Ground and Kisama Heritage Village, offering visitors easy access to the festival.<br>For further information or assistance, president, KYO and secretary can be contacted at 7005641745 and8731912982.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kigwema Youth Organization (KYO) has issued parking guidelines for attendees of the 25th Edition of the Hornbill Festival, scheduled from December 1 to 10.
