Ang Mai-led NSCN (K) said that it has \u201cunanimously resolved\u201d to adopt and enforce all means under its disposal to completely restrict and stop any \u2018illegal border fencing\u2019 in the \u201cso-called Indo-Myanmar Border of 1972\u201d in the entire Naga inhabited areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The group through its MIP stated that on December 18, 2024 some \u201cillegal\u201d border survey team from \u201coccupational India\u201d was seen roaming around Longwa\u2014\u201da village divided right in the middle between India and Myanmar by the 1972 Border.\u201d
The group warned that any repetition of \u201csuch criminal act\u201d would not be tolerated as it was against the laws of the land and international laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ang Mai-led NSCN (K) also warned that border survey agencies approaching the \u201cillegal 1972 Indo-Myanmar boundary\u201d would be the prime target including the contractors of any grade or race\/affinity from India, Myanmar or foreign agencies. \u201cThe anti-human and anti-laws of the land of 1972 that was secretly maneuvererd by Indian and Myanmarese agencies in the dark will not have the second coming,\u201d MIP stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stating that Nagas were divided into India and Myanmar without their consent, the NSCN(GPRN) said that at this juncture it would \u201cnot allow even the shadows of such evil to take shape.\u201d
Further, the group warned that hereafter, there would be no second reminder to \u201cthis Illegal so-called Indo-Myanmar Boundary.\u201d It warned that threat to Naga unity would be responded with \u201csevere military actions.\u201d
