{"id":463546,"date":"2024-12-29T01:57:56","date_gmt":"2024-12-28T20:27:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.com\/?p=463546"},"modified":"2024-12-30T13:21:21","modified_gmt":"2024-12-30T07:51:21","slug":"chiiziema-youth-organization-holds-41st-annual-sports-meet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2024\/12\/29\/chiiziema-youth-organization-holds-41st-annual-sports-meet\/","title":{"rendered":"Chiiziema Youth Organization holds 41st annual sports meet"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 41st annual sports meet of Chiiziema Youth Organization (CYO) commenced on December 26 with Mhasimhalie Matthew Yhome, president Kohima District Football Association as the chief guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Addressing the opening ceremony, Yhome shared his experience in football career where he completed 25 years by playing in various level as well as completing the AFC C lincense coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Yhome said that to be a good sportspersons, one require discipline, dedication, determination, sincerity and above all- God\u2019s blessings.<br>He urged the youth to avoid alcohol, tobacco and drugs, adding that one should also respect parents, elders, leaders, coaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>He thanked the state government for promoting sports and at the same time, commended chief minister Neiphiu Rio and advisor to CM Abu Metha for taking sports forward across the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Earlier, the welcome address was delivered by CYO president Avituo Zatsu while CYO sports secretary Neisakholie Pienyii administered oath to the participating teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The programme was led by CYO vice president Vivolie Pienyii.
