Spot interrogation revealed that a truck following the car loaded with narcotics was guided through mobile communication by the occupants of the car and apprehended accordingly by the MVCP located at Peren. On recovering the truck, the team recovered 300 kgs of ganja concealed in 65 packets, besides apprehending the two occupants including the driver. The apprehended vehicles including all seven occupants were handed over to Peren police station, stated the release.<br \/>\nAccording to S.P. Peren, the  arrested were identified as Premjit Singh of Lamlai village east Imphal, Tulamn Singh of Teramakha Laikai village west Imphal, G. Azai Newmai, PRO NSCN (I-M) of Mhainamtsi village Peren, Ani of Sovima village Dimapur, Anisha of Sovima village Dimapur, ASI Kambui Zeiang of Azailong village Peren attached to Jalukie P.S. and Abung Lamkang of Pandon village east Imphal.
