Vikuto Wotsa, GB Model colony. Further all the government appointed GBs of both village and town have been requested to attend the meeting.<br \/>\nTenyidie seminar<br \/>\nDIMAPUR: Ura Academy and Department of Tenyidie, Nagaland University has convened a Tenyidie seminar under the theme \u201cMother Tongue- the foundation of wisdom\u201d on April 3, 10 a.m. at Greenwood Higher Secondary School, Kuda village. The department has requested all the Tenyidie teachers, church leaders, social leaders, students\u2019 union leaders, women associations, youth organizations, trade organizations and others from Tenyimia community in Dimapur, neighbouring towns and villages to attend the seminar.<br \/>\nIMFL seized from hotels<br \/>\nDIMAPUR: In view of the ensuing elections,  excise mobile squad conducted surprise check and raided hotels and restaurants around Dimapur on March 26 seizing 348 bottles of IMFL. 10 persons were arrested and booked under relevant section.<br \/>\nZVYSO bans hunting, fishing<br \/>\nKohima: Zhadima Village Youth and Sports Organization has reaffirmed its stance on total ban of hunting, fishing, illegal collection of firewood by outsiders within jurisdiction. Through a release, the organization cautioned that severe penalty as per the law would be enforced against violators of the order. The organization further called upon all individuals to cooperate in enforcing the ban and thereby protecting and preserving the land.<br \/>\nAwareness prog on PMEGP<br \/>\nKOHIMA: Nagaland Khadi and Village Industries Board, Wokha, will conduct an awareness programme for implementation of Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme Scheme on March 31 at 10 am at Lotha Tribal Council Hall. The office has invited interested educated unemployed, NGOs, VDB and artisans to attend the programme.<br \/>\nCWWS to open market in Keziekie<br \/>\nDIMAPUR: Chakhesang Women Welfare Society (CWWS) would be inaugurating daily market complex at Keziekie, Kohima on April 3 at 7 a.m. Chairman KMC, Vipopal Kintso would be the chief guest. Varieties of local organic product and fresh vegetables, fruits, fishes, nails, domestic fowls etc will be available in the market.<br \/>\nWatsu Mungdang on NPSC scam<br \/>\nMOKOKCHUNG: Watsu Mungdang has expressed gratitude to NSF for revealing the names of the \u2018culprits\u2019 who were involved in the NPSC scam. The Mungdang in a press statement issued by President Supongla Lemdor and Secretary Imtila Longkumer called upon right thinking citizen to extend fullest support and co-operation to seek justice and to award befitting punishment to all the culprits for \u201cruining the future of our society\u201d. The Mungdang has expressed hope that such step would construct the people\u2019s confidence towards the commission in future.<br \/>\nS. Heno condoles<br \/>\nKOHIMA: Parliamentary secretary, Fisheries, RR and Printing stationary, S. Heno, has expressed grief over the demise of Khuming Khiamniungan of KBC sector, Tuensang town on March 22. In a condolence message Heno stated that late Khuming Khiamniungan was a notable person who had worked selflessly for the community. The parliamentary secretary has conveyed his condolence to the bereaved family members.<br \/>\nLost and found<br \/>\nKOHIMA: Original documents of HSLC admit card, mark sheet, Schedule Tribe Certificate, HSLC examination certificate and duplicate copy of birth certificate of one Phalneiting, daughter of Khupkai, were found on the road side near Phizo Park, Kohima.
